After filing out my information online, I received calls from about 5 or 6 companies. I was flooded with emails that had a wide range of prices. When I spoke with James he explained that the prices are really set by the drivers and also that my pick up window would make a difference in price. I told James that I was not in any rush and that I would rather pay less even though it could take longer to receive my car. James was also the only broker that was not asking for money upfront which made me feel a lot better. He also directed me to this site so that I can see customers reviews, and I realized a lot of brokers end up changing their price. Either way Auto Secure was able to give me a low rate by extending my pick up window. Even though he said it may take up to 10 days to have my Acura picked up, I received a call about 20 minutes after I signed their contract and they had a driver that was able to pick up my car that night. I would definitely recommend anyone to Auto Secure and if I refer a client to them they stated they would send me a check for $75. I have not referred anyone as of yet but hopefully I will soon.
