                        The Client  cancelled the order  we had arranged everything for the client...  booked and paid for space and then he wanted a full refund.. after all we would have made the time frame requested for transit ..   but he cancelled...
This  order cost us... a full rail spot..
Who's not reading there contract....it is clearly spelled out in black and white and signed by the customer...
We move over 1000  vehicles per year and  less then 1 % complain... and those are the ones who like to think that its all our fault...
Unbeleivable...
