Recently I had my vehicle shipped from Nova Scotia to Alberta . After visiting and checking around with other companies and viewing on line reviews and rates , I found that Auto Rail would provide the best service for my needs.

I can tell you first hand that the Auto Shipping business seems to be very cut throat and most companies like to point out the negatives of everyone else.
I found Auto Rail to be very professional and did not desrepect other companies, but rather reccommend that every one has a market niche, and mentioned that others just don't like to see competition. I agreed !!
I was actually turned off by the way in which the company named ( Livingston) , disregarded Auto Rail and other competitors, I actually found them to be very unprofessional.
Again, I viewed many on line reviews and dispite the fact that some reviews seemed extremely negative, I was impressed with telephone conversation with the owner of the company.
What I thought about was the number of shipments they actually do in a year versus the number of Bad reviews basically was less then 1 % , So I went with Auto Rail and the I was Extremely Impressed.

Auto Rail moved my vehicle on a Friday and 11 days later my vehicle arrived in Edmonton in perfect condition. Because I lived in Fort McMurray, I was delayed in picking the vehicle up, Auto Rail allowed my vehicle to be stored free of charge for over 14 days.

As well , I was unable to provide the full payment up front for the shipment, but the owner said it was no problem and that I could pay for the shipment balance when I was ready to pickup the vehicle.

Auto Rail actually went above and beyond and provided me with free transportation from Fort McMurray to Edmonton to pickup my vehicle.
Understanding that they are busy moving many cars per month, I was contacted one week later to say it was arriving on Monday and it would be available.
Auto Rail did an outstanding shipment for me , and dispute bad reviews , they certainly provided me with great service.

Thanks to the owner and his staff for a pleasant experience.

We ship close to 1000 vehicles per year.. and we often ask clients to give us a review, but sometimes people are to busy and can't find the time, which we can appreciate. So Thanks ..
