This company is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. First it started off with getting a simple quote from them, I was later contacted by Rachel Matthews. She definitely lies a lot, and has no idea what is going on with the actual transporting truck companies. I asked her immediately if this was one of those companies that once they got your credit card info that they never picked up the phone after that, she said no. So she definitely lied about that, she is very hard to reach, she never picks up the phone, NEVER returns your calls, or emails!!!After finally getting in contact with her, she said that the truck company was having issues with their truck, and that my order would have to get pushed to almost a week later, I was mad so I told her to just give me my $100 dollars back that they charged me, she said only accounting could do that, told me they would call me by the end of the day, they never did. I called her back the next day, she put me on hold for accounting, she later hung up on me and has not picked up my calls ever since or returned my voicemails. That was on Tuesday, May 3d, today is May 9th, and i still have not heard anything from this HORRIBLE company, NOR received MY MONEY!!!!!!! Dont trust them its a SCAM!!!! I have reported them to the BBB and have hired a lawyer to pursue legal actions.
