not a reliable company, worst customer service ever

This was my second time transporting a car across the country.
Ernie works deligently to earn a business, responses quite quickly, and gave me a pretty good quote. It was not the lowest one, but I thought it was a fair price.
The problem is that they DON'T keep the appointment time.
This dispatch lady called me at night 11:51pm on the day before of the pick up date, and left a message - that I have to schedule a pickup.
I called her the next morning, and she says she doesn't have a driver to send to me? Then why did they say they were available that day when I signed the contract? My flight schedule was the day after the pick up date.
She didn't even say sorry for the delay, and she was very rude until the delivery date. She doesn't have any customer service in mind.

They said they had some issues with the truck so the delivery was delayed again. I had to extend the vehicle rental until it is arrived. - it cost me a lot.
The time frame that they have provided was not kept not even once until the delivery time.

I would not recomend this AUTO MOVERS USA to anyone.
