I made arrangements for my car to be picked up on May 31st, and was repeatedly assured that details of the driver will be sent to me. This never happened. I even called the few days before, and the day of pick up to remind their manager (who goes by "Allen Jones") and again was told driver details will be sent to me, and that a driver was already headed my way. Never happened. I ended up not being able to make a $300 flight I had booked, and drove the car myself to the destination. Please, save your save yourself the hassle. This company is unreliable.
