I could leave NO stars I would. I am a 23 yr retired veteran on a fixed income that put my trust in Auto Freight Carriers LLC to find me a company to transport my truck. They are just as responsible for the damages to my truck as the company they hired "Diesel Auto Express" to move my truck. NEVER TRUST OR USE THIS COMPANY. I had my new truck transported from TX to WA and when I received my truck it had damage to the entire front of my truck. It took me weeks to get a hold of the company to file a claim for damages. Then there insurance company AIG rejected my claim.
The estimates were $10,000 worth of damage. The contract that the transport company and insurance company used basically lets them pick any reason to damage your vehicle and not pay for it. My next step is to get a lawyer. No Company should be allowed to do business and not be held responsible for damages. I will be sending my story of what is happening to the local news stations. No one especially a disabled military veteran should be taken advantage of by a company that is does business in this country that I served so that they can have freedom to score over Americans.
