I've purchased several vehicles out of state and acquired the vehicles myself by driving to/from. I've never used a transport company due to various reasons. However this situation was different and the very first time I've used a transport company. Auto Freight Carriers informed me of the entire process and able answer my questions; despite at times of my apprehension to follow through. The company ensured trust and honesty between the dispatcher and drivers and all fees. I've since gained a better understanding of the transport industry and trust to use such services.
