                        Apologies for answering late.  
In relation to this issue, I allow myself to clarify two things: 1.- It is not the practice of Auto Elite Transports to make a charge twice to the same customer. This happen when the Client provide a wrong ZIP Code and  the Bank  retain that amount for 24 to 72 hours. after that the amount is return to the costumer by the bank.
2.- Autoelite Elite Transports is not a delivery  carrier vehicles company is a Broker Company, is dispatcher company, for this reason it´s imposible not delivery the car to the costumer. 
Finally I have to clear that we have been reviewing our files and unfortunately we have not had the opportunity to serve you as a client of Auto Elite Transports, because we have not received a request from you to used our services. But this aclaration is applicable to this case.
