Contacted them for a quote to transport a vehicle in my business fleet. They were very pushy and ultimately got me to book the transport job through them even though I was still working out a few details. About an hour later, I cancelled the job when I learned the keys had not been left with the vehicle as instructed (one of those details I was trying to work out while they pressured me to book). They told me they would deduct the cancellation fee and mail me a check for the difference which I was fine with. It's now been over a month and still no check. They will not return my phone calls or text messages. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere with a reputable business.
