Auto Elite Transport took my money in advance and and didn't pay Matson for shipping from Hawaii. Had to pay again for shipping at port. Then I got a call from Richard (my agent) and he said the owner took all the money out of the company account and is apparently closing the company. Thankfully I paid with PayPal using my American express credit card. Watch out for start up companies. Only do business with companies that have a track record of a few years and check their references.
