I have utilized services with this organization for two shipments and will continue to give the company my business. I believe true test of character is not by perfect circumstances, but by the manner in which we overcome adversity. The first shipment had complications, uncontrolled by the owner. I was impressed with how the owner communicated with me, an upset customer, and personally continued follow-up with third-party representatives to resolve the issues. I sincerely appreciated the dedication.

The next time I needed to ship my auto, I gave the organization an opportunity to overcome the last experience. The shipment was a success. The auto arrived early, in the same condition in which it left my residence. I look forward to utilizing these services again in the future.
