As a broker we use our best efforts to find carriers for our customers. Unfortunately, the first two carriers that agreed to transport Larry's vehicle canceled. We were diligent enough in our efforts to find three different carriers to transport Larry's vehicle within seven days from the first available date the vehicle was ready for pickup. We informed Larry every step of the way in an extremely professional manner. We take pride in operating a professional business and will continue to go above and beyond the call of duty for all our customers.
