I talked to Mark and Craig and they were both very helpful. I had a problem getting a driver to pick up my van at its location in Wisconsin and it was suggested to put up a bonus if picked by a certain day, this solved the problem the next day. I would use this company again as they conducted business in a very professional way. I talked to several other companies and with most of them if I had a question I was put on hold until I got tired of waiting for them to return, or just hung up on.
