Late, Lies, and Over charged!!!

I trusted Craig Giganti with Auto Central Transport to move my car from Indiana to Florida. He quoted me $525 total for the move. He charged my card over the phone for $150 deposit when he said that he had already found a driver to move my car for a total cost of $525. A week past and no driver contacted me. Two days before I had to fly to Florida, I demanded that if Craig had not found a driver for my car yet then to return my deposit because he told me before charging the deposit that he had a driver assigned to move my car already! He asked me to give him one more day to work on it. Other brokers from different companies told me that they still saw my car posted on the board therefore Craig is lying to me about having found a driver for my car. Finally, when a driver did show up to pick up my car, he told me that I would owe him $450 cash upon delivery in Florida. I told the driver that I agreed to $525 total not $600 with Craig ($150 deposit + $450= $600 not $525. I called Craig G. in front of the driver and Craig assured me that he had already refunded $75 to my card and that it would take 7 days for the merchant to process and return the money. Well, it has been over 1 month and numerous phone calls to Auto Central Transport. Craig continues to lie about returning my money or he just ignores my calls all together. He is NOT honest and not dependable. Save yourself the headache and use a different company.

As the broker we only guarantee the broker fee and sometimes carriers could require more money . I , Craig , let all customers know of any increase and customers approval required . This is clearly a case of just trying to pull money out of hard working man pocket .
