The customer received a quote, not a guaranteed signed price. At this time where there is a lot of cars coming down from the New Your area to Florida, the carriers are requesting much more to move the cars because they have so many cars to choose from. If the customer can show us that that price was Guaranteed and signed for then she will be able to prove her point. The person who originally took her order does not work for the company, there for she was speaking with our customer service manager Brian, and the owner Erik. Just because we take car of our customers and even the owner gets involved to resolve any problems. Also the company is adding $200 to the customers transport out of the companies side .
