I placed my order with them on December 14, 2011, they took my deposit and so I waited. Two weeks go by and no call, so I call them. First person I talk to, a guy in customer service, tells me he will check with dispatch and call me back. Guess what no call back. Two days later I call back, and nothing but voicemail recordings for all departments. Three weeks later I call back, and get a woman in customer service, and she tells me their dispatch system is down and she will call me back, and I emphasized it had been three weeks and I do expect a call back. Three days later I call back again and she tells me they had a lot of drivers back out of driving due to the holidays, really are you kidding me. Well needless to say four weeks later, I contact my bank and they tell me to contact them and request refund, but of course no one will answer my call, so I emailed them cancellation and kept a copy to send to my bank, so if they don't refund we will go to the next step. This week I hired another company, already on it, and they call and tell me they still show me on dispatch board, so he gives me a number to call for them that he shows, and guess what finally an answer. I inform them to take me off this companys list I have emailed a cancellation. Oh and he tells me he will have customer service call me for cancellation, but I try and call them and someone answers quickly and tells me to hold and never comes back, what a joke of a company. Very unprofessional business. I now have a company getting the job done, 1 Flate Rate. I wish I would of read reviews for this company, but was in a hurry to get vehicle up here, and look where that got me. Guess we live and learn. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
