                        Yusuf, you canceled on the morning of your scheduled pick up date.  You were frantic a carrier hadn't been assigned yet.  We DEFINTIELY would have moved your vehicle at the rate you were quoted if you had given us a couple days.  We even offered you an expedited carrier who would have picked up that day!  Your car was on THE CANADA BORDER.  There is not a carrier leaving from there every day.  You had unrealistic expectations.  Any broker would have disapointed you!
