I was promised a smooth move and that they would take great care of me and my things. This company is a broker and contract with other moving companies Of course I didn't find out who the actual movers were until right before the move. East Freight Logistics is the actual moving company. They were supposed to be at my house between 9-11 AM. When 1 PM rolled around, I started calling. The truck didn't arrive until almost 6 PM. I was told there would be 3 people, there were 2. They didn't complete the job and were supposed to be back the next day at 2 PM. Never showed and i started calling again. I received a text that the helper got sick and they would return on Monday to finish. I am getting carpet installed that day. Everything has to be out of the house. In addition, they charged another $6000.00 for the move. I have called Authority Moving Group MANY times during the past month to make sure everything going according to plan. Getting a hold of someone is a JOKE. This has been a total nightmare. SAVE YOURSELF A MAJOR HEADACHE. DON'T USE THEM
