Got a quote for $775 to ship 2004 Forester from IL to CA. This was the lowest among the quotes I got, most of them ranging from $825-1200+. I decided to take a chance on the lowest quote. I was upfront with Patricia about the extra set of factory rims and tires (more than 200lbs) that I would like to leave in the car during transport and she was able to find Blue Sky Trans, Inc. to take the job for an extra $100. I was ok with it because I knew the extra weight would cost more for the driver. The car arrived 2 days earlier than scheduled and it was initially a hassle because I had to go get the cash from the bank but it all worked out in the end. The drivers accomodated me and met at an alternate delivery site and I got to enjoy my car 2 days earlier. Thanks, Patricia.
