I had booked with them to ship a motorcycle from CA to FL. Ric Watson was the person I was dealing with. They told me it would get picked up on a specific day. That day was rescheduled for two weeks, each time getting a message after the supposed pick up time saying it would be the next day instead. Then he tried telling me it would be $600 more than originally quoted in contract. Ended up paying more than that for the person missing work everyday they rescheduled to wait for the pick up in CA. Should have stuck with shipping masters but went with Atlantic fleet cause they were cheaper at the moment. Never again.
