The whole experience with Joe and Assurance was exceptional. I initially started working with another company, but my shipping deadline was quickly approaching and communication and action on their part were shaky, so I decided to roll the dice and switch over to Assurance. Joe quickly and clearly worked out my whole situation, and the entire experience, from booking to pickup to drop off went smoothly and exactly as described. Thank you Joe!
