I had never shipped a car, and was quite anxious of the process. its so confusing with emails and phone calls piling up. I did not know who to trust to move my daughters car from Kentucky to Texas. After much research, i found Joe Gallo at Assurance Auto Transport. He was great. He was very professional, to the point, explained the process and reassured me that it would be as he said. It was. The carrier he chose was prompt, friendly, and professional. The price was fair, the time to transport was short, and no damage occurred. As a small business, they must compete in a large market. It was great to have Joe answer the phone every time I called, and answer all my questions. Thank you Joe . I would use this company again. My daughter and I are very happy.
