I had listed my oversized truck with another transport broker, Shore Auto Transport LLC, a full week before giving up on them and hiring Aryan Transport. With the previous company, I received 7 days of excuses, and finger pointing to carriers and dispatchers.

I emailed Aryan Transport on Sunday, thinking I would just get a reply on Monday to begin the process. I received an email back from Aryan that day, and the process was arranged and setup for execution Monday morning. On Monday, I was told that the previous broker still had my truck listed on the carrier directory, and Aryan had a conflict with that until Shore Auto Transport LLC removed it. I had already sent an email to Shore to cancel the order, and now they seemed to be less than interested in pulling my order from the CD.

Aryan showed that the truck finally was removed from the CD on Tuesday, with Shore Auto Transport LLC costing me 9 days with total ineptitude. Aryan was able to list my truck, and have a carrier pick it up the very day they listed it, and at 6:12 AM Wednesday morning, I received a call from the carrier informing me that the truck was awaiting my inspection at the designated drop off point.

I arrived at the delivery point, and was met by Eric S., the driver. He explained that he had picked up the truck and arrived around 1:00 AM, so he just slept in his truck until the time I had indicated I would be available to receive the truck.

He assisted in unloading the truck, allowed me to inspect it, and I found no problems at all.

I have used Aryan Transport in the past, but a friend had sent me the link to use for another, which was slightly less expensive. And boy did I get what I got discounted for.

I highly recommend Aryan Transport. I will not use another again.
