                        WE DID NOT KEEP HIS MONEY ~
Ken has his opinion and we have ours.  Ken cancelled with me on the 4th after I called him and told him I had a carrier that could pick it up on that day.  He was rude and disrespectful and felt powerful by degrading myself and employees over the phone.  We did charge him our $50.00 admin fee that is stated in our contract for the mere fact that he treated the staff members in here like crap.  We rarely ever charge that fee, I usually do base it on the attitude of the customers, and his was extremely poor!
