                        To all consumers - 
As the owner of this company I will not waste much time responding to nonsense.  Marvin promised his customer something he could not provide prior to even calling our office for a quote.  His accusations of making 8 calls with no return calls in 2 days is nonsense, and our history with our customers speaks for itself.  We feel this experience has been a blessing because the lesson we have learned is to now always question the seller if they have already promised a customer something prior  to contacting us.  
Marvin was rude and degrading on the phone.  I personally refunded his money on the 8th of September because of the way he spoke to the staff in my office.  This review he has posted is a direct result of me cancelling his order with us!  
I do not appreciate my staff members being called names.
