BEWARE ALL OF YOU LOOKING TO TRANSPORT YOUR CAR!!!!

NEVER, I SAY NEVER, USE THE TRANSPORTATION AGENCY CALLED: CARS ON THE MOVE.

This transportation company works with Angels Moving Autos.

I had my car shipped from Texas to Florida and after 2 weeks delay I received my car crashed!!!!!!!! they crashed my vehicle while in their care!! A month has passed and the company (cars on the move) has not responded, Carol, the contact person, is unwilling to work with me, the customer. They will not take care of the issue, even when the whole accident was their fault. Angels Moving Auto's (the broker) has done nothing to resolve my situation. Cars on the Move will not pay for a car rental or anything else for that matter.


Please learn from my mistake and avoid this dreadful situation!!!!

To consumers: In the shipping industry, accidents do occur. Unfortunately for Natalia her vehicle was damaged. However, I do want to state that our office has done everything possible for this situation. All the insurance information has been provided for our customer to issue a claim. Carol did not respond to Natalia while their office was closed between Christmas and New Years. Since, she has submitted a claim for this damage. Our office maintains the highest standards in the industry.
