I wanted my car shipped by a certain date & it was on time, perfect condition and delivered to the door! The driver was awesome and kept us up to date on his whereabouts when he was closer to arrival. The only reason I didn't give the company a perfect overall was that the pickup date was delayed with little communication. Preparing the shipment was easy and the communication was great; however, I was told that they would call me with an exact time of pickup the day before the carrier would come. When I didn't receive a call, I tried calling them and leaving voicemail. It was a total of 5 days from the pick up date I was given to the actual pickup.
The lack of communication was frustrating on that end, and left me worried with the company. Not to mention, I had to scramble to make arrangements for the car to be picked up since I was out of town when it finally happened. I had also mentioned my timeline and schedule to the company. They said they could meet my needs, which is why I went with them.

The good news on that end was that the communication with Angels who had also not heard from the carrier company was excellent. They really do want to work with you on shipping the car; however, their communication with the carrier was not excellent & it leaves you in the middle. I just thought it was crazy that Angels had called asking how my pickup went and I had to inform them the car wasn't picked up.

The car was delivered on time and in great condition (I was extremely thrilled with the end results). There were just some frustrating moments.
