Waited half the morning on Friday only to get a txt saying the pickup would be on Saturday instead. On Saturday I missed a call from the carrier but after getting a hold of him, he said he would be about an hour. About two hours later I called and he said 20 minutes more. Honestly everything else was great and their customer service is great, the txts are pretty nice. Would have just loved it if I could have gotten a a time like 8-10am on saturday, then I could have planned my day much better and not been feeling out of the loop all morning.
