The process was very smooth - I was contacted by the driver (I believe was his name was Ihor) and we met up at a local walmart where I dropped my car off. He performed an insanely thorough inspection, marking every tiny little ding on the car. I recieved word that the car had arrived in California several days prior to when I initially expected it to be there, which is great. Also their location in Sacramento was fairly convenient. When we went to pick it up, no one was in the new office but one of the ladies (can't remember your name, sorry!) answered her cell and drove right over to drop off the keys. The only negative thing I can think about is the price [$1400 is a lot for a college intern :) ]. All in all, I'd be happy to use their service again.
