first time moving vehicles no problem

this is the first time I ever need a vehicle moved from one state to another. We have two cars, so we drove one during the move, and need to ship another one.

No problem during scheduling. Car was picked up in a nice and convenient time. Did not remember the name of the driver picking it up. He was kind and prompt.

In a few days after we arrived in our destination, our vehicle arrived. The driver called first. Again no problem at all. Did not tip him, still not sure whether a tip was expected.
