To consumers;
Mr. Shaw did call our office today very angry because his vehicle had not been picked up. I appreciate that he pointed out that I remained polite on the phone, it was clear he did not understand the contract he had entered in to. Mr. Shaw's vehicle's first day of availability for pick up was May 20th, we ask all of our customers for a 1-5 day pickup window on this particular route. He became outraged that a carrier was not assigned to pick it up. It became clear to me that we were definately not the right company for him because he clearly wanted a one day pick up window. We are sorry he did not understand this window at the the time he placed his order and that he did not read his terms and conditions agreement although he did sign it and fax it to our office. We all hope his vehicle is shipped quickly and safely with another reputable company.
