Did not receive door to door service as promised. Driver refused to enter the mobile home park. Am very pleased with SAME day service. Apparently, the driver was in a hurry. Car was delivered at 10:30 PM.

We are not sure how Mr. Rosten was under the impression that we guarantee door to door service, after 10 years of shipping autos I KNOW BETTER! Also, how does anyone expect a truck this size to go into a mobile home park, seems unsensible! Vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. In perfect shape. Hmmm, how about thank you! And, thank you for your business Mr. Rosten!
