I selected this carrier because of the good reviews it received on this site. Once I got to the point where the shipment was scheduled, everything was more or less okay. But up to that point:

I went thru their online process to schedule the shipment and waited for them to contact me. And waited.

Eventually I called them and got the ball rolling. And then I had to email them to keep it rolling.

The estimate was $925, but the actual invoice was $975.

I arranged for payment in full by credit card. But the driver contacted the person receiving the car for me, and told them that the car would not be released without a payment in cash or bank check. I had to call the main office to get this sorted out.

Shipment was on time and I see no damage to the vehicle. The driver did not call 24 hours in advance of delivey, as he was supposed to do. (He called the same morning.)

Other people reported good experiences with Angel's Moving, so maybe my case is the exception. But I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

Wow Kevin, we are shocked. You obviously missed the part where we delivered your vehicle from PA-CO in 3 days, flawless shipment. Carrier stayed in contact with you the whole time. I personally responded to every email myself. Our online system quoted 925 and when Mr. Hurst contacted us we let him know the shipping price would be $975.00. He did not have to book his order if he had a problem with that. Mr. Hurst received excellent customer service from our office - 3 days from PA-CO, nothing good to say about that. You can also note that he marked his pickup time as 'on time' in his review, I cannot comprehend a 1 star rating for this.
