Dina couldn't have been better to deal with. She is the owner or manager of the company, but she was our primary contact through the entire process. She took the time to explain the logistics (we had never shipped a car before), which helped us sort through the numerous quotes we had received. She took care of us like family, texting us wiith updates and answers to questions. The only aspect that did not go perfectly was communication from the driver on the delivery end - we had some scheduling challenges and did not receive the phone calls exactly when promised - but Angels didn't have control over that (they are a broker who hires another company to handle the actual transportation), and it wasn't a huge deal. We wouldn't hesitate to use Angels again!
