This was an unfortunate situation for Mr. Roth, however, we just received the call from him this morning requesting the insurance information for the damages of his car. Our office does not even know the full details of his complain, other than that he claims his trunk was full of water. Our office has provided him with all the information he requested, we would have liked to do a three way call with him and the carrier, but he had to go golfing!
