My inital experience with the Angels was good overall, as I used their services the following year to bring my car back!!! From my initial contact with them by phone , they were friendly, helpful and dealt with my scheduling needs. We had one glitch in that the car arrived early and we were not yet at the destination in order to take possession. I thought that I had been specific about that when scheduling but it turns out that there was one person in the scheduling process that missed this instruction. It did work out in the end as the people on the other end, driver and transport co. in charge, worked with me by phone to figure out a solution to the situation. As I mentioned, I did use the Angels again to bring this same car back the following year, and everything went off without a hitch. The car once again arrived early, but I was prepared this time!!
