Thank goodness for Mark W.! This was my first experience shipping a car and I was not prepared for the onslaught of brokers calling me and throwing numbers and information at me. Every one of them rushed through my questions and continuously asked for a deposit. By the time I got to Mark I was so happy to hear a calm and friendly voice. I never once felt pressured, he answered all of my questions and even questions I didn't ask. He genuinely wanted me to understand the process and to feel comfortable doing business with him. Throughout the process he stayed in communication with me as he negotiated price offers, compared list prices of other vehicles on similar routes and did not make a move without consulting me. My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time, and the driver was friendly. Honestly, if not for Mark's pleasent personality I would have been a nervous wreck. I have recommended him to two friends, and they both agree. He makes shipping your car stress free.
