I have never used this company/broker before and was given their name by the car dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Everything was great and the car arrived as it originally was purchased. The one thing that I would be concerned with is their level of communication. If you are like me and work it made it difficult to change things at the last minute. I never was told the car was picked up and then had to track them down to find out the driver and status of delivery. The car ended up coming a day earlier then I planned and had to rearrange my schedule at the last minute. They were quick to take my deposit and it would have been a more pleasurable experience if they emailed me when the car was picked up and the driver's contact info from the onset. Overall, everything worked out, but the customer service was lacking since I had to track them down for info. Would use again and let them know as a customer what I would like to see. Excellent value for the service and much better then most quotes I received. In addition, the driver was excellent and responded to my text messages. Thanks Oleg for driving safe.

Dear Eric! Thank you so much! I'm sorry you were not alerted the car was picked up. The pickup went as scheduled. The drop off was early and I spoke to the driver about staying on schedule:)
