The driver was a top-notch professional that ensured safe delivery of my vehicle. I am not mentioning this to criticize, rather to give praise to a driver for a great effort. There was some sort of an equipment failure in the beginning, which caused a delay in pick up. Hey these things happen and I totally understood because the company kept me updated. Once the issue was resolved, the driver made the extra effort to still deliver the vehicle on the agreed upon time. And at my request, in the middle of a rainy night. My hat goes off to this gentleman and I would DEFINITELY request Luigi again (forgive me if I spelled his name incorrectly). His equipment was clean, presented well, and looked top notch. Unlike some other equipment I have seen, I was not embarrassed when he showed up in my neighbor hood. Rather, I was proud when my Bright red SAAB Aero roll out the back of his rig!
