Ameristar's customer rep, Shaquetta, called me promptly after my initial e-mail contact. She set up the pickup and delivery of my auction purchased car and was both pleasant and helpful. Also, the driver and assistant were prompt, helpful, and and courteous too. I would definitely use this company again.
