They delivered my car with grease on the driver side inside panel and a broken roof rack cover plate. The Russian driver was rude when I requested compensation for at least the cover plate - stating his deductible was 1500$ and considering it was a used car - he did not take responsibility (although intake form did not show damage).
There is also a possibility that they actually drove my car at least partially across the country as the mileage was different than at origin. The car left the dealer on a multi car trailer and was dropped off on a flatbed single carrier.
I would NEVER hire them again and do not suggest anyone else to do so. Stay far away from them.
