Danielle, We are very sorry to hear that your vehicle arrived so dirty. This is a common problem that we hear about when shipping your vehicle on an open car carrier, although we've never had a customer state that their vehicle was as dirty as your vehicle was. We offer enclosed shipping also that will protect your vehicle from being exposed to the elements, this was declined by you. Your vehicle was made available for pick up on 5-17-2007 and picked up on 5-17-2007, per your instructions we informed the driver that the vehicle could not be delivered until atleast 5-28-2007 at the earliest. The vehicle was delivered to you on 5-31-2007. It was on time, I question why you stated that it got to you later then we told you. The driver arrived in CA 2 days before you arrived and we stored the vehicle for you, free of charge, since you were not there yet. We find it hard to respond to this review because you are upset about the vehicle being dirty, when we the broker have no control over it. It is the customers option to choose open or enclosed shipping, you chose open and you are blaming us for having a dirty vehicle. We tried our best to please you and I apologize that you feel that we were "awful".
