The service was outstanding. The owner of American transport, Jim Belletete went above and beyond to find a carrier for my daughters car to have it transported in a timely manner. He spent a lot of time trying to find a carrier and stayed in contact with me frequently until a carrier was located. This is in stark contrast to other carriers I had dealt with who promised me they could ship the car and actually lied to me about having their own trucks to transport the car. Jim was also the owner the company who gave me very personalized service. He was very honest and hard-working.
