When my first transport company decided not to pick my car up in Arizona, I called American Standard and spoke to Nick. Nick was extremely helpful in finding a quick transport company for me. We searched in two different cities to see what would be quickest, and within a few hours, he found United Auto Transport Inc. for me. (I have already reviewed that company and gave it 0 stars.) After much headache and confusion with United Auto, Nick was there to help contact the company and get my car safely to my house. I appreciate what he did for me. He was always reachable, had open communication, and stood by his clients. This review is for American Standard as a dispatcher, not as a carrier.
