To all folks looking to transport their vehicles via American Car Transporters Inc, my review follows. Bottom line up front, without hesitation, they will be my first choice when I need to ship another vehicle.

I'm an officer in the US Navy and until recently lived in Japan. Living overseas is difficult during a move from one duty station to another, especially when you are 14-17 time zones away from the United States. In this case, my move was extremely challenging because I needed to ship my car to the west coast from an east coast location and I had a very narrow window when I needed the car to arrive on the west coast so I could receive it.

Brett at American Car Transporters Inc, coordinated this evolution flawlessly. All aspects about the shipment of the car from payment, to pick-up and drop-off, was exactly as described and Brett's customer service was superb. He always answered the phone during working hours or called back if I left a message and quickly responded to my emails. He took time to explain the shipping process, associated costs and kept me up to date on his search for a driver(carrier) to haul the vehicle. He explained all costs broken down by his fee, the driver's fee, the total cost and the payment method which is exactly what was billed to me. He required payment for his services ($150.00) prior to the shipment of the vehicle which I had no issue in providing despite other reviewers and websites recommending against this. Brett is an honest person which was immediately obvious to me after emailing and talking to him. There were no surprises. The car was picked up and delivered as scheduled within my narrow window.

During my 26 year career, I've dealt with a lot of shipping companies and have moved at least 10 times. None of the brokers or drivers I've dealt with are as professional and responsive as Brett at American Car Transporters Inc. This evolution couldn't have gone any smoother. I personally recommend him to anyone shipping a vehicle and will use his company again if I ever need to ship another vehicle. Great job Brett, keep it up!
