the broker(Mitch Chencin) and the transporter/driver(Moktar) were excellent.They were always reachable over phone for any queries.

Just one bad thing(I dont know if it is usual), the driver could not tell me any time window by when he will pick up and drop the car.So you have to be always present at the pick up and drop off location throughout the day as the trailer will be parked on the main road and the driver wont be able to wait more than 15-20 mins.
