I want to thank you for all the help and positive service you and your organization did in transporting my son's Jeep. I also wanted to say the Jeep arrived on time and target as you said it would. The best thing I wanted to tell you was the others promised the delivery and your company did the delivery. When others said they couldn't do, you picked up the challenge and did the job! I understand issues and the economy has fluid changes and quotes that are given on one day have to be revised after parameters changes.. The initial quote was much different than the final transport, but the vehicle arrived before my son shipped out for his new military assignment, and that was all that mattered. The transporter was totally professional and I have to tell you up front, GREAT! I didn't think the day he came, if he would be able to make the pick-up and I wouldn't have blamed him at all. The weather was just nasty and the roads were almost terrible. He called and told me how bad it was for him to even start, and was totally on time for the pick-up too. I wish I could tell more of your potential customers how well your organization did and I would recommend you in a heart-beat! There is a old quote we used in the military about services..under estimate and over achieve.. Great Job!!
