I must say, after many of different bids and phone calls. I have been very pleased with the promptness and expectations they've set.
I'm a US Sales Director for very large international company and got the vehicle for my wife and seen lots of competitive situations before. I've even received calls from other competitors, namely United Car Transport, who have used the wrong facts and negative comments on this thread to sway me away (very unprofessional). All i have to say is get your facts straight before making inappropriate claims.
Beth at American has been forthright all along and have delivered the right expectations and promises. She said that there was a truck in the area and could be picked-up the next day (normally would be 3-5business days) and she was spot on.
The driver was prompt and delivered on schedule!! Couldn't be happier to receive my new 2011 Odyssey in outstanding condition.
I would definitely provide future references for American!
