Everyone beware of this company at all cost. This company baited me in by offering a low quote... got me to pay the $150 downpayment.. then they called and said they had a new driver for me that was $100 dollars more... after that phone call I had to call them 500 times to get a single answer.
Days later, the driver showed up for pick up days late during transit we had zero communication... I finally was able to get ahold of him and he booked and confirmed three separate drop off days — all which were completely blown off and never showed. I missed three days of work to be available during his drop off times... I repeatedly called the company and got no response. Finally my car was dropped off... upon receiving the car I called customer service (multiple times per usual) finally got through... they said I was shit out of luck and the car showed up fine.
I will never use this company again and would strongly advise against ever booking this company to ship your car. Completely rude, dismissive and zero care for their customers.
If I could rate lower than a zero I would.
